Yep. I'm still here!

Since I bailed on you all for the past couple of months, I guess I sort of owe you all an explanation of what in the world was keeping us away from computer screens!

Real Fevers ... Now Spring Fever!

Well. It was bound to catch up with us. We've had our turn for the "5-Day-Fever" and now we're finally fever-free and enjoying the weather! Here are some play-time shots from the past few days!





Apparently, we're not the only ones with Spr!ng Fever! Pineapple Ink has several appointments back on the books and there are no doubts it's going to be a great summer!! I'm continually adding to my stash of props, backdrops and insanely good ideas! :-)

Eyes of a Child

I had the opportunity to photograph the sweet little girls of a very good friend! This was Miss Addy & I's first acquaintance!! She walked away with my heart, just as her sister did a few years ago!

Baby Addy is an absolute doll!

Miss Carlie Grace

Carlie kept creeping onto my lap as I was crawling around on the floor with them snap, snap, snapping away!

Carlie & I had met before, but this meeting was on much better terms. She was just one month old when I first held her as she was in the fight, trying to sustain her precious little life.

Carlie was battling bacterial meningitis and wasn't expected to make it. Family was rushed in as they were all told to prepare to say goodbye to their Carlie Grace. Can you imagine? She fought back and spent weeks getting stronger and healthier in the hospital until she was finally able to finally return to her home.

Look at these eyes, it's like they're saying ...

"My story has only begun."
